A sparkling wine with a pale yellow color, featuring a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it is fresh, with scents of elderberry and hints of orange blossom, giving it its name. On the palate, it is sweet with a balanced acidity that accentuates its freshness.

A clear white wine with a pale yellow color; on the nose it is delicate and refined, characteristic; on the palate it is soft, fresh, with a persistent froth.
