We feel that vine growers are guardians of their territory and landscape. They are heirs to a culture that has been handed down from generation to generation both for what concerns working in the vineyards and wine making. In our everyday work we know how important it is to have a perfect knowledge of our environment. We know how determining it is to read and recognize all those signs that nature gives us every season and every year.
We know it is important to be constantly in harmony with what is going on in the vineyards and understand what vines need. We believe that agronomic techniques are to serve grapes and not vice versa. Our environment is essential for us. That is why in the vineyards we use low environmental impact techniques: no weeding, no use of synthetic pesticides, no chemical fertilizers are used.
In our work we are aware of the importance of being constantly updated, being able to use the best technologies and having access to the most advanced information, but at the same time, we know that our vines are a living form and we must learn how to listen to them. Those vines are our vines, the ones we planted and grew and that every year we prune. The care we put in making our wines is the same care we put in telling about them, in offering them to those who will enjoy drinking them. We wish they will instill our values, glass after glass.
